Ingredients
  

  • 1 package frozen spinach (10 ounces)
  • 1 can artichoke hearts (14 ounces)
  • 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 tspn onion powder
  • 1/2 tspn dried basil
  • 1/2 tspn dried oregano
  • salt and pepper (to taste)

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a baking dish with cooking spray or butter.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the drained spinach, chopped artichoke hearts, grated Parmesan cheese, shredded mozzarella cheese, mayonnaise, sour cream, minced garlic, onion powder, dried basil, and dried oregano. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly incorporated.
  • Season the mixture with salt and pepper to taste. Adjust seasoning as needed.
  • Transfer the spinach-artichoke mixture to the prepared baking dish, spreading it out evenly.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the dip is hot and bubbly, and the top is lightly golden brown.
