  • blender
  • citrus hand-presser (for lemon or lime)
  • Measuring cups and spoons

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup pink dragon fruit
  • 1 ripe banana (frozen or fresh)
  • 1/2 cup raspberries (fresh or frozen)
  • 1/2 cup frozen strawberries
  • 1/2 cup plain yogurt or coconut yogurt
  • 1/2 cup coconut water or almond milk
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional, adjust to taste)
  • Juice of 1/2 lime or lemon
  • Ice cubes (optional)

Instructions
 

  • Peel the ripe banana and cut it into chunks.
  • Scoop out the flesh of the pink dragon fruit and add it to a blender.
  • Add the frozen banana chunks, raspberries, frozen strawberries, yogurt, coconut water or almond milk, honey or maple syrup (if using), and lime or lemon juice to the blender.
  • If desired, add a few ice cubes to make the smoothie colder and thicker.
  • Blend all the ingredients until smooth and creamy.
  • Taste the smoothie and adjust the sweetness if needed by adding more honey or maple syrup.
  • Once blended to your desired consistency, pour the smoothie into glasses.
  • Garnish with fresh raspberries or slices of fresh dragon fruit on the rim of the glass, if desired.
