Some of us prefer to bridge the gap between health and taste. Growing up I held the belief that if it tasted good, it wasn’t very healthy and vice versa, if it tasted awful. It’s with this belief I found myself petering between cycles of strict healthy dull tasting food and delicious cozy comfort food sans greens and nutrition. However, I now know that’s not entirely the case. You can have AND enjoy tasty healthy food and beverages. If anything, a marriage between these two elements makes for sustained health! Being healthy should be intuitive, and every bite is a chance to give our bodies something good. When I say something good, I mean: a good tasting experience and nutrition and fuel for your body! So, if you’re craving a frappe, make it healthy with matcha!
