Why Cottage Cheese for Gluten-Free Baking
Gluten-free baked goods often have less protein due to the absence of wheat, which naturally contains higher protein levels. Cottage cheese is an excellent addition to gluten-free recipes because it helps boost the protein content. Its creamy texture also enhances the moisture and flavor of the final product, ensuring your gluten-free bagels are both delicious and packed with essential nutrients.

Tips:
- For a higher protein option, use a high-protein gluten-free flour blend.
- These bagels are best enjoyed fresh but can be stored in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 2 days or in the refrigerator for up to a week.
- Toast the bagels before serving for an extra crispy texture.
