6 Ingredient Gluten-Free Cottage Cheese Bagel Recipe

Why Cottage Cheese for Gluten-Free Baking

Gluten-free baked goods often have less protein due to the absence of wheat, which naturally contains higher protein levels. Cottage cheese is an excellent addition to gluten-free recipes because it helps boost the protein content. Its creamy texture also enhances the moisture and flavor of the final product, ensuring your gluten-free bagels are both delicious and packed with essential nutrients.
