Hello everyone! Like many of my fellow chronic-illness sufferers out there I was randomly selected to endure life on ‘Hard Mode’. No more easy cruising- except things were never on cruise control. Life for me was a roller coaster of events, intense emotions and unfortunate circumstances. I pushed beyond healthy physical limits and neglected my poor body’s needs. Sound Familiar?

Time and current studies reveal that a chaotic life is a key ingredient for acquiring an autoimmune disease. Spreading awareness only scratches the surface. We need community and need to pool together sharing what we know and trek that mountain together leading towards a fulfilling life. This isn’t a death sentence, the proverbial end of the road, or nail in the coffin. It’s an obstacle and challenge thrown in the game of life. We’re stronger together and I believe we’ll win this!
