Instructions
Boil Water: Bring 2 cups of water to a boil.
Prepare Herbs: Lightly crush the oregano, mint, and rosemary to release their oils.
Steep: Place the oregano, mint, rosemary, and cinnamon stick in a teapot or cup. Pour the boiling water over the herbs.
Cover and Steep: Cover and let the mixture steep for about 10-15 minutes.
Strain: Strain the herbs and pour the tea into a cup.
